Pukaki West Survey District. Bounded towards the north, west, and south by Section 36860, 3293·9, 1515, and 3487·4 links respectively ; and towards the east by the road reserve two chains wide along the shore of Lake Pukaki : excluding from the above-described boundaries the public road one chain wide intersecting the same. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 47270, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

Extending Prohibition of Alienation of certain Native Land other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 25th day of July, 1921.

PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of eighteen months the Order in Council dated the twenty-fifth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and gazetted the fourth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, but only in so far as it affects the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto, prohibiting all alienation other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

Fixing the Dates and Place for the Payment of Land-tax and Income-tax under the Land and Income Tax Act, 1916, the Finance Act, 1917, the Land and Income Tax Amendment Act, 1920, and the Finance Act, 1921.

PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authority vested in him under the Land and Income Tax Act, 1916, the Finance Act, 1917, the Land and Income Tax Amendment Act, 1920, and the Finance Act, 1921, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and determine that the respective duties leviable under the said Acts by way of land-tax and income-tax shall be paid on the days and dates set forth hereunder :—
Land-tax under section 5 of the Finance Act, 1921 :
In one sum on Monday, the seventh day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one.
Income-tax under section 6 of the Finance Act, 1921 :
In one sum on Tuesday, the seventh day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two.
And, in further pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities aforesaid, and with the like advice and consent as aforesaid, His Excellency doth also determine that the place where the said duties of land-tax and of income-tax shall be payable shall be the office of the Commissioner of Taxes at the Government Buildings, Wellington, and that notice to the aforesaid effect shall be given by the said Commissioner accordingly.

The Eastern Side of Portion of Churton Street, the Southern Side of Portion of Farnham Street, and the Northern Side of Portion of Garfield Street, Parnell, in the City of Auckland, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolutions passed by the Auckland City Council on the sixteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, viz.,—
“That the Auckland City Council, having control of Churton Street, Parnell, Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of the said street commencing at the south-west junction of Farnham Street, towards the south in a line along Churton Street 146 feet 9 inches to the junction of Churton and Garfield Streets ;
“That the Auckland City Council, having control of Farnham Street, Parnell, Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of the said street commencing at the south-west junction of Farnham Street and Churton Street, towards the east in a line along Farnham Street 188 feet from the said junction ;
“That the Auckland City Council, having control of Garfield Street, Parnell, Auckland, by resolution declares that section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of the said street commencing at the junction of Churton and Garfield Streets in a line along Garfield Street 188 feet ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the eastern side of the portion
