Change of Headquarters of a Regimental District.
Defence Department,
Wellington, 4th July, 1921.
His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased
to amend the notice published in the New Zealand
Gazette dated 9th June, 1921, relative to the constitution of
military districts, by deleting the word “Napier” as the
headquarters of No. 7 Regimental District, and substituting
therefor the word “Dannevirke.”

I HEREBY give notice that an extraordinary election
for a member of the Board of Appeal under the Public
Service Act, 1912, was held on the 27th day of June, 1921,
when the following votes were recorded:

Mr. EDMUND FRANK HAWTHORNE having received the
highest number of votes, I declare him to be duly elected
