Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Hawke's Bay Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the twenty-second day of December, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and published in the Gazette of the eighth day of January then instant, setting apart Crown land for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.

HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT.—CROWN LAND.

Wairoa County.—Kahotea Block.

SECTION 3, Block XIII, Taramarama Survey District: Area, 748 acres 1 rood.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of July, 1921.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the twenty-second day of December, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and published in the Gazette of the eighth day of January then instant, setting apart the settlement land described in the Schedule hereto for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe,

Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the areas of settlement land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1908.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the piece of stopped Government road declared to be Crown land:—

A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through 0 3 24 Section A 6 No. 1, Ngaurukehu Block. 1 0 3 " A 8, Ngaurukehu Block.

Situated in Block XII, Maungakaretu Survey District. (S.O. 1604.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51706, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 8th day of July, 1921.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Maungakawa Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
