THE Partnership heretofore existing between LESLIE KENNETH CAMERON and EDWIN JAMES SUTCLIFFE, of Gisborne, Butchers, under the style of “Cameron and Sutcliffe,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. The business will in future be carried on by EDWIN JAMES SUTCLIFFE, ANDREW THOMSON TELFER, and JOHN ARNOLD PERCIVAL FORBES, under the style of “Sutcliffe, Telfer, and Forbes.”

UAWA COUNTY COUNCIL.
TAHARANGI BRIDGE.—RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Uawa County Council hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing the instalments in respect of the principal and interest and also other charges on a loan of one thousand pounds sterling, authorized to be raised by the Uawa County Council, under the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, for the erection of the Taharangi Bridge across the Mangaheia Stream, the said Uawa County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of three-fourths of one penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all the rateable properties in the Taharangi Bridge Special Rating Area, comprising Lots 1/2 and parts 3/4 (D.P. 2299) of 8 (D.P. 1452), Mangaheia 2D, Mangaheia 2O, Moukoutieke (D.P. 1589), Lots 10/11 (D.P. 1453), Mangaheia 2D, Lots parts 3/4 and 5/7 (D.P. 2299) of 9 (D.P. 1453), Mangaheia 2D, Lot part 7 (D.P. 1453), Mangaheia 2D, and Mangaheia 2R, Blocks VII and VIII, Uawa Survey District ; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and one-half years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

FEATHERSTON COUNTY COUNCIL.
KAHAUTARA BRIDGE LOAN.—RESOLUTION LEVYING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Featherston County Council hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing the instalments in respect to interest and principal and other charges on a loan of £9,000, authorized to be raised by the Featherston County Council, under the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, for the construction of a bridge over the Ruamahunga River on the Featherston-Turanganui Road, the said Featherston County Council hereby make and levies a special rate of one halfpenny (½d.) in the pound sterling upon the rateable properties situated within the Turanganui Riding of the Featherston County ; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the first day of February and the first day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and one-half (36½) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

TE PUKE TOWN BOARD.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Te Puke Town Board hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing the instalments in respect of principal and interest and also the other charges on a loan of twenty-five thousand pounds, authorized to be raised by the Te Puke Town Board, under the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, for purchase of catchment-area, street-improvement work, permanent street levels, and drainage, the said Te Puke Town Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of 3d. (threepence) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Te Puke Town District ; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of April and the 1st day of October in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and one-half years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
THE Partnership business hitherto existing between JAMES WILLIAM WILSON and GEORGE ANDERSON SHAW, and carried on by them at Huntly under the style of “Wilson and Shaw,” General Storekeepers, has been dissolved by mutual consent. The said business will be carried on in the future by the said GEORGE ANDERSON SHAW under the style of “Wilson and Shaw.” All debts and liabilities due by the late firm will be discharged by the said GEORGE ANDERSON SHAW.
