a certain Warrant dated the twenty-first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, appointing trustees for the Wharuarimu Public Cemetery, and in lieu thereof do hereby appoint
JOHN DUNLOP,
COLIN MARSH MARTIN, and
DANIEL WELSH MORGAN
to be trustees to have the maintenance and care of the said cemetery as described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
TAHAKOPA PUBLIC CEMETERY (FORMERLY KNOWN AS WHARUARIMU PUBLIC CEMETERY).—OTAGO LAND DISTRICT. PART of Original Section No. 15, now designated Section No. 33, Block IV, Tautuku Survey District: Area, 3 acres 3 roods 38 perches.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 25th day of June, 1921.

Warrant apportioning the Cost of maintaining Portion of the Dannevirke-Weber Main Road in the Dannevirke County.
JELLICOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me by sections one hundred and nine and one hundred and twenty of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby direct that the cost of maintaining the portion of the road described in the Schedule hereto, whether heretofore incurred since the first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, or hereafter to be incurred, shall be provided and paid by the local authorities hereinafter mentioned in the following proportions—viz., the Weber County Council shall pay fifteen per centum, the Akitio County Council shall pay ten per centum, the Patangata County Council shall pay six per centum, the Dannevirke Borough Council shall pay eighteen per centum, and the Dannevirke County Council shall pay fifty-one per centum of such cost respectively.
And I do hereby direct that any contribution hereby required to be made as aforesaid by the Weber County Council, the Akitio County Council, the Patangata County Council, and the Dannevirke Borough Council shall be paid from time to time out of the funds of the said County and Borough Councils within a period of one month after demand in writing made by or on behalf of the Dannevirke County Council, and such payments shall be made from time to time to the Clerk of the Dannevirke County Council for and on behalf of such County and Borough Councils.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of the Dannevirke-Weber main road situated in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Dannevirke County, commencing at the southernmost boundary of Section 6, Block III, Tahoraite Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a south-easterly direction to the boundary of the Weber County. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 48325, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green and pink.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 5th day of July, 1921.

Warrant authorizing the Dannevirke County Council to construct Two Bridges over the Mangatoro River and Scott’s Creek on the Dannevirke-Weber Main Road in the Dannevirke County, and apportioning the Cost.
JELLICOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by section one hundred and nineteen of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby authorize the Dannevirke County Council to construct the bridges described in the Schedule hereto; and I

Council shall pay twenty per centum, the Akitio County Council shall pay thirteen per centum, the Patangata County Council shall pay eight per centum, and the Dannevirke County Council shall pay fifty-nine per centum of such cost respectively.
And I do further direct that any contribution hereby required to be made as aforesaid by the Weber County Council, the Akitio County Council, and the Patangata County Council shall be paid from time to time in the proportion hereinbefore prescribed, out of the funds of the said County Councils, within a period of one month after demand in writing made by or on behalf of the Dannevirke County Council, and all such payments shall be made from time to time to the Clerk of the Dannevirke County Council for and on behalf of such County Councils.
SCHEDULE.
THAT bridge, in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Dannevirke County, over the Mangatoro River, on the Dannevirke-Weber main road, opposite Section 13, Block V, Mangatoro Survey District.
Also that bridge, in the said land district and county, over Scott’s Creek, on the Dannevirke-Weber main road, opposite Section 13, Block V, Mangatoro Survey District.
As the sites of the said bridges are more particularly delineated on the plans marked P.W.D. 49337 and 49336 respectively, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 5th day of July, 1921.

Warrant authorizing the Lake County Council to construct a Bridge over the Kawarau River at Kawarau Falls, and apportioning the Cost.
JELLICOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by section one hundred and nineteen of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby authorize the Lake County Council to construct the bridge described in the Schedule hereto; and I do also hereby declare that the cost thereof, less such contribution (if any) as may be made thereto by the Government of New Zealand, shall be borne by the Lake County Council, the Queenstown Borough Council, and the Arrowtown Borough Council as follows—viz., the Queenstown Borough Council shall contribute fifteen pounds and the Arrowtown Borough Council shall contribute fifteen pounds fifteen shillings towards the cost of the work, and the Lake County Council shall contribute the remainder of such cost; and I do further direct that any contribution hereby required to be made as aforesaid by the Queenstown and Arrowtown Borough Councils shall be paid out of the funds of the said Borough Councils within a period of one month after demand in writing made by or on behalf of the Lake County Council; and all such payments shall be made to the Clerk of the Lake County Council for and on behalf of the Queenstown and Arrowtown Borough Councils.
SCHEDULE.
THAT bridge in the Otago Land District, Lake County, over the Kawarau River at the Kawarau Falls, near the entrance to Lake Wakatipu. As the site of the said bridge is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51986, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 30th day of June, 1921.
