and along the western boundaries of Sections 2, 4B, 6, 8A, and 10, along the northern boundaries of Sections 10, 9A, and 11, along the eastern and southern boundaries of said Section 11, Block VII aforesaid, across the Picton-Blenheim Road, and southerly along its eastern side to the Tuamarina Village; thence easterly along the northern boundaries of that village, and of Sections 45, 48, 51, and 53, Block VII aforesaid, along the north-eastern boundaries of Sections 55, 56, 57, 58, and 6A; thence westerly along the northern boundary of Section 41 to a point in line with the western boundary of Section 8; thence to and along that boundary and the northern and eastern boundaries of the said Section 8; thence along the north-western boundary of Section 8A and the eastern boundaries of Sections 8A, 42, 43, 54, 3, 2A, 2B, 6, 9, and 3A, and the south-eastern boundary of the said Section 3A to the Marukoko Stream, along the right bank of that stream to the Wairau River, and up the left bank of the Wairau River to the easternmost corner of Subdivision 25 of the Wairau Native Reserve, along the southern boundary of that subdivision, the southern side of a road forming the southern boundaries of Subdivisions 13 No. 2, 13 No. 1, 12D, 12B, 12C, 12A, 11A, 11B, 11C, and 10 of the said Native reserve to the northernmost corner of Subdivision 11; thence along the north-western boundary of that subdivision to the Wairau River, along the left bank of that river to the road forming the south-western boundary of Subdivision 5C; thence across that road and along its north-eastern side to Section 115; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of that section to the Wairau River; thence down that river and along the western shores of Upper and Chandlers Lagoons to the eastern boundary of Section 18, Opawa; thence along that boundary and the southern boundaries of Sections 18, 20, 23, and 26, parts of the southern and western boundaries of Section 27, the southern boundaries of Sections 30, 32, 34, 36, and 38, Opawa, to the south-western corner of the last-named section; thence north-westerly along a right line to the north-eastern corner of Section 43, along the northern boundary of that section to a public road; thence northerly along that road to the south-eastern corner of Allotment 47 of Section 2, Omaka; thence along a right line to the north-western corner of Allotment 36 of said Section 2; thence northerly along Scott and Walter Streets to Frances Street and westerly along Frances Street to Allotment 598; thence along the south-western boundaries of Allotments 598, 597, 596, and 417 to Maxwell Road, along a right line to the north-eastern corner of Allotment 391, and along the northern boundaries of Allotments 391, 565, and 564, along the western boundary of said Allotment 564 and the northern boundary of Allotment 566 to Poynter Street; thence along that street to a point in line with the southern boundary of Allotment 554; thence to and along that boundary to Percy Street, southerly along said Percy Street, and westerly along Dillon Street to Section 5, Omaka, and along the eastern boundary of that section to the south-eastern corner; thence westerly along the southern boundaries of Sections 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, and 19, Omaka, along the western boundary of the last-named section to a public road; thence westerly along that road and northerly along a road forming the western frontage to Section 61, Omaka, westerly along a road forming the northern frontage of Section 62 and its continuation to the north-western corner of Section 163; thence northerly along a public road to a point twenty chains distant from the right bank of the Opawa River; thence along a line parallel to and distant twenty chains from the said right bank till it intersects the southern boundary of Section 172, Omaka; thence along the southern boundaries of that section and Section 1, Block XVI, Onamalutu Survey District, to the Waihopai River; thence down that river to its junction with the Wairau River, the point of commencement; excluding therefrom Sections 84, 85, 86, and 116, Waitohi Valley.
THIRD SCHEDULE.
BLENHEIM SUBDIVISION.
ALL that area in the Marlborough Land District bounded by a line commencing at the south-eastern corner of Section 7, Omaka, and proceeding northerly, easterly, and southerly along the boundaries of the Borough of Blenheim as defined in the New Zealand Gazette, 1876, page 37, to the southern boundary of the Wairau River District hereinbefore described; thence north-westerly generally along that boundary to the south-eastern corner of Section 7, Omaka, the point of commencement.
OMAKA SUBDIVISION.
All that area in the Marlborough Land District bounded by a line commencing at the point where the Opawa River leaves the Wairau River, and proceeding thence down the Opawa River to the north-western boundary of Section 29, Wairau West; thence along the north-western and north-eastern boundaries of said Section 29 to a road fronting Sections 26 27, 28, and 23, and along that road to the Wairau River; thence south-easterly, southerly, and north-westerly along the boundary of the Wairau River District hereinbefore described to the boundary of the Borough of Blenheim; thence along the eastern, northern, and western boundaries of the said borough to the southern boundary of the Wairau River District hereinbefore described; and thence westerly along said southern boundary to the Wairau River, and down that river to the Opawa River, the point of commencement.
SPRING CREEK SUBDIVISION.
All that area in the Marlborough Land District in the above Wairau River District bounded towards the north-west and north-east by the Wairau River, and towards the south by Subdivision 2 hereinbefore described.
TUAMARINA SUBDIVISION.
All that area in the Marlborough Land District, in the Wairau River District, bounded towards the north-west, north-east, and south-west by the river-district boundary hereinbefore described, and on the south-west by Wairau River, excluding therefrom Sections 84, 85, 86, and 116, Waitohi Valley.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 2nd day of July, 1921.
