The Chairman of the Auckland Harbour Board, ex officio,
His Worship the Mayor of Birkenhead, ex officio,

The Commissioner of Crown Lands, North Auckland Land District, ex officio,
to be the Kauri Point Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Friday, the fourth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, at three o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, as the place where, the first meeting of the said Board shall be held.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

Michael Joseph Byrt,
William Denis Hattaway,
Robert Livingston,
Andrew Reginald McNaib,
John Daniel Milner,
Samuel Charles Smith,
Albert Stanley Thorburn, and Henry Webb,
as from the tenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, to be the Rukuhia Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Awakino County Office, Piopio, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

Maurice Charles Derbridge,
James Judson, and Walter Moody,
as from the fourteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, to be the Woodend Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the eighth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, at seven o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Mechanics' Institute, Woodend, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

Woodend Domain.—Canterbury Land District. Reserve 3728 (in red), Block XII, Rangiora Survey District: Area, 124 acres 2 roods, more or less. Reserve 2184 (in red), Block XII, Rangiora Survey District: Area, 137 acres 3 roods 20 perches, more or less. Declaring that the Provisions of Section 109 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, shall apply to a certain Block of Native Land.

WHEREAS by section twenty-three of the West Coast Settlement Reserves Amendment Act, 1913, it is enacted that the Governor-General may by Order in Council at any time declare that the provisions of section one hundred and nine of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, shall apply to any block, section, or subdivision of land comprised in leases granted or confirmed under the West Coast Settlement Reserves Act, 1881, and the amendments thereof:
And whereas it is expedient that the provisions of section one hundred and nine aforesaid shall apply to the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto, for the purchase of which the Crown desires to negotiate:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by section twenty-three of the West Coast Settlement Reserves Amendment Act, 1913, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that the provisions of section one hundred and nine of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, shall apply to the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

Ngatitu No. 24, being Section 16, Block II, Waimate Survey District: Area, 165 acres.

Extending Prohibition of Alienation of certain Native Land other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 10th day of January, 1921.
Present:
The Right Honourable W. F. Massey, P.C., Presiding in Council.
On the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, and by section one hundred and eleven of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913 (as amended by section eight of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1916), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of eighteen months the Order in Council dated the fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and gazetted the seventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, prohibiting all alienation of the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

Tauhara North No. 1 Block, Tatua Survey District: Approximate area, 1,400 acres.
