Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the
portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and
after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of the Wanganui River Road, in the Taranaki Land District, Ohura County, commencing at its junction
with the Otunui Road on the western boundary of Section 3,
Block III, Piopio tea West Survey District, and proceeding
thence generally in a south-easterly and easterly direction,
adjoining or passing through the said Section 3 and Section 4,
Piopio tea West Survey District, and terminating at a point
on the southern boundary of the said Section 4 twenty-five
chains east of the crossing of the Matawhero Stream ; being
a distance of seventy chains, more or less. As the said
portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 50600, deposited in the office of the Minister
of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land
District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Ruapuke Mountain Road, in the Raglan
County, to be a County Road.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the
portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on
and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county
road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of Ruapuke Mountain Road, in the Auckland Land District, Raglan County, commencing at its junction with Wainui Road on the northern boundary of the
Wesleyan Mission Section O.L.C. 75, Block I, Karioi Survey
District, and proceeding thence generally in a south-westerly
direction, adjoining or passing through the said Wesleyan
Mission Section O.L.C. 75, Block I, Karioi Survey District,
Rakaunui Native Reserve, Blocks I and V, Karioi Survey
District, Sections 56, N. 55, S. 55, 44, 45, 47 (E.R.), and 46,
Block V, Karioi Survey District, and terminating at its
junction with the road forming the southern boundary of
Section 46, Block V, Karioi Survey District; being a distance of 5 miles 62 chains, more or less. As the said portion
of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 49299, deposited in the office of the Minister of
Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District,
and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Kururau Road, in the Ohura County, to
be a County Road.

Whakamaro Road near the north-east corner of Section 11,
Block XII, Ohura Survey District, and proceeding thence
generally in a south-westerly direction, adjoining or passing
through Section 11, Block XII, Ohura Survey District,
Section 6, Block I, Piopio tea West Survey District, and
part Section 1, Block III, Piopio tea West Survey District,
and terminating at its junction with the Otunui Road
near the south-east corner of the said Section 11, Block XII,
Ohura Survey District; being a distance of 1 mile 19 chains,
more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 50644, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in
the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

a County Road.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers
in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that
the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall,
on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a
county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of the Turoto Road, in the Taranaki Land
District, Ohura County, commencing at a point 1 mile 35
chains south of the Kakahi Bridge, and proceeding thence
generally in a south-easterly direction, adjoining or passing
through part Section 5, Block XI, Ohura Survey District,
and terminating at its junction with the Roto Road at the
Kirikiri Stream; being a distance of forty-three chains, more
or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 50462, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in
the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

terminating at its junction with the Okoroa Road; being a
distance of four miles, more or less. As the said portion of
road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 50463, deposited in the office of the Minister of
Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
