Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of June, 1921.

Defining the Middle-line of a Further Portion of the Lawrence-Roxburgh Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a further portion of the Lawrence-Roxburgh Railway shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point in Crown land, Block IV, Beaumont Survey District, marked 35 miles 45 chains, which point is also the termination of the railway described in a Proclamation dated the 25th day of May, 1911, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 45, of the 1st day of June, 1911, and proceeding thence generally in a north-westerly direction for a distance of 14 miles 15 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c.—viz., Crown land, Section 11, Block IV, Run 170E, Section 8, Block VII, Run 170B, Section 9, Block VII, all in the Beaumont Survey District; Run 170, Sections 14, 16, and mining reserve in Block XII, and Sections 60, 59, 58, 57, 38, 37, 36, 35, 34, 64, and road reserve, Block III, Benger Survey District; and terminating on the road reserve at a point marked 49 miles 60 chains: including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Otago Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51618, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Wakapuaka Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—

In the Nelson Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51375, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Proclaiming Native Land to be Crown Land under Section 14 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, it is provided, inter alia, that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, the Governor-General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become Crown land:
And whereas the purchase of the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority so conferred upon me by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land set out in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land.
SCHEDULE.
MATATAIORE Block, being part of Section 1, Waitara West District, Paritutu Survey District: Area, 16 acres.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of June, 1921.
