ERRATUM.—In the Schedule to Proclamation published in Gazette of the 19th May, 1921, page 1180, revoking the reservation over a scenic reserve in the Wellington Land District, for “Section 3, Block VI, Retaruke Survey District,” read “Section 3, Block IV, Retaruke Survey District.”
Land withdrawn from Provisional State Forest Reservation.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by a Proclamation dated the sixteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and gazetted on the twenty-fifth day of that month, certain land in the Ohinemuri Survey District, in the Auckland Land District, was, inter alia, set apart as and for a provisional State forest in terms of section thirty-four of the War Legislation and Statute Law Amendment Act, 1918 :
And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto (being part of the land so set apart) is required for settlement, and it is expedient that the said Proclamation should be revoked in so far as it relates to the land described in the said Schedule :
Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by clauses (b) and (c) of subsection three of section thirty-four of the War Legislation and Statute Law Amendment Act, 1918, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the sixteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, hereinbefore referred to, in so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ROTORUA FOREST CONSERVATION REGION.
Description of Land withdrawn from Provisional State Forests.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, being Section 33, Block XII, Ohinemuri Survey District, containing by admeasurement 490 acres, more or less, and being portion of provisional State forest reserve set apart by Proclamation dated the 16th day of March, 1920, and published in the Gazette of the 25th day of that month. As the same is delineated on plan No. 69, deposited in the Head Office, State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 25th day of May, 1921.

Crown Land set apart for Disposal by way of Sale or Lease to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—CROWN LAND.
SECTION 6, Block VIII, Opoe Survey District: Area, 199 acres 2 roods 16 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 28th day of May, 1921.
