MEDICAL REGISTRATION.
I, DONALD McRAE, Member of the Royal College of Surgeons, England, Licentiate of the Royal College of Physicians, London, now residing in Auckland, hereby give notice that I intend applying on the 20th June, 1921, next to have my name placed on the Medical Register of the Dominion of New Zealand; and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualification in the office of the Registrar of Births and Deaths at Auckland.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held at the registered office of the company at Roxburgh on Friday, the 22nd day of April, 1921, the following special resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the said company also duly convened and held at the same place on Tuesday, the 10th day of May, 1921, the said resolution was duly confirmed:—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily; and that Mr. CHARLES TODD be appointed Liquidator of the company at a fee of five guineas.”

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, carrying on business of Coal-merchants and Carriers at Rotorua, under the style of “J. H. Peter and Co.,” was on the 1st day of May, 1921, dissolved by mutual consent.
