ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 10th day of May, 1921.

PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, and by section one hundred and eleven of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913 (as amended by section eight of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1916), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of eighteen months the Order in Council dated the fifteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and gazetted the eighth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, prohibiting all alienation of the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Amendment Act, 1911, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth—subject to the conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto, and to the regulations made under section two of the aforesaid Act, and dated the twenty-second day of September, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-fifth day of the same month, or any regulations hereafter made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefor (and hereinafter collectively referred to as “the regulations”), and which regulations shall be deemed to be incorporated herein—hereby authorize the Te Puke Town Board (hereinafter referred to as “the licensee”) to erect and maintain electric lines for lighting, power, and heating purposes within the area of supply hereinafter described, such electric lines at present proposed to be erected being indicated
