ment Act, 1920, I, William Nosworthy, Minister of
Agriculture, do hereby appoint

HENRY ALEXANDER NUTT, Esq.,

Chairman of the Banks Peninsula Rabbit Board of Trustees,
as the person to consent in lieu of myself to all prosecutions
under subsection (1) of section 2 of the Rabbit Nuisance
Amendment Act, 1918, instituted for offences within the
Board’s district on the recommendation of two Inspectors
under the Act.
