1921, at 2 p.m., the subjoined resolution was duly confirmed as a special resolution:—
“That, in view of the unlikelihood of obtaining supplies for the machines of the company at reasonable prices, the New Zealand Slot Machine Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily; and that Mr. H. J. Stott, Company Secretary, of Wellington, be appointed Liquidator.”

Extraordinary Resolutions:—
(1.) That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue operations, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908.
(2.) That NORMAN HOWARD JAMES, Public Accountant, of Masterton, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.
