The improvements which have to be paid for separately are,—
Section 5s.—Cow-sheds, engine-room, and separator-house, valued at £150. Payable in cash, or by twenty-eight half-yearly instalments of £7 11s. 6d.; total half-yearly payment on lease, £94 6s. 8d.
Section 6s.—Five-roomed dwelling, calf-pens, piggeries, stable, and trap-shed, valued at £800. To be paid for in cash, or by forty-two half-yearly instalments of £31 4s.; total half-yearly payment on lease, £116 11s. 9d.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS.

All lessees of sections in the settlement who require to use the drain covered by the drain reserve, also the owner of Section 1b No. 4, Ruatangata Block (adjoining land), shall have the right of free ingress, egress, and regress over the drain in question, the cost of upkeep and repairs to be borne proportionally between the settlers concerned.

The Crown reserves the right to construct drains or extend present drains in any section in the settlement, and lessees shall, whenever necessary, properly clean and clear from weeds and shall at all times keep open all drains, ditches, and watercourses now or hereafter upon the land comprised in their leases.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
