I, Robert Erskine, the Manager of the Ourawera Gold-mining Company (Limited), do solemnly and sincerely declare that this is a true and complete statement of the affairs of the said company as on the 31st December, 1920; and I make
this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true, and by virtue of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908.

FREDERICK WYNDHAM MAUNSELL, M.R.C.S. Eng., 1916, Lic. R. Coll. Phys. Lond. 1916, now residing in “Eridge,” Masterton, hereby give notice that I intend applying on the 11th February next to have my name placed on the Medical Register of the Dominion of New Zealand; and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualification in the Office of the Registrar of Births and Deaths at Wellington.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership subsisting between JOSEPH SYKES and EDWARD GEORGE LE PETIT, of Hamilton, Architects, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 29th day of June, 1920. The said business will as from that date be continued by the said JOSEPH SYKES alone, who will receive all moneys owing to and will discharge all liabilities owing by the late firm.

THE BRITISH DISTILLATE (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the British Distillate (Limited) held on Friday, 24th December, 1920, at 4 p.m., at the registered office of the company, 77 Hereford Street, Christchurch, the following extraordinary resolution was carried :—
“That it is proved to the satisfaction of the shareholders that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same: and that LEONARD GORDON BLACKWELL, of Christchurch, Accountant, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the company at a remuneration of fifty pounds.”
