HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section two (c) of the Education Amendment Act, 1919, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that the boroughs of Port Chalmers and Green Island shall, for the purposes of the Education Act, 1914, be deemed to be boroughs adjoining the City of Dunedin and the Boroughs of West Harbour and St. Kilda and to be incorporated therewith as one urban area.

Revoking the Prohibition of the Importation of Violetta Electric Apparatus.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
HIS Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section forty-six of the Customs Act, 1913, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of that Dominion, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council made on the fifth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the fifteenth day of February then instant, which prohibited the importation into New Zealand of electric apparatus known as the Violetta High-frequency Generator, and of all accessories specially adapted for use with the apparatus aforesaid, and of all written or printed advertising matter relating solely or principally to the apparatus as aforesaid.
