and levies a special rate of one one-hundredth part of a penny (1/100d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property within the Kensington District Drainage Special Rating Area of the Borough of Whangarei, as defined in the ratepayers’ consent to the said loan of £230; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of June in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

WHANGAREI BOROUGH COUNCIL.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.—KENSINGTON PARK IMPROVEMENT 10-PER-CENT. ADDITIONAL LOAN, £150.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Whangarei Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:—

That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £150, authorized to be raised by the Whangarei Borough Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of completing certain improvements to Kensington Park, the said Whangarei Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one one-hundred-and-fiftieth part of a penny (1/150d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Whangarei, comprising the whole of the Borough of Whangarei; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of June in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.—PRIVATE STREETS CONSTRUCTION 10-PER-CENT. ADDITIONAL LOAN, £700.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Whangarei Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:—

That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £700, authorized to be raised by the Whangarei Borough Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of forming and improving certain private streets, the Whangarei Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one thirty-third of a penny (1/33d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Whangarei, comprising the whole of the Borough of Whangarei; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of June in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
