Undulating land, all in grass and fences. Rocky formation.
Distant about one mile from Kamo by formed road, and near
the Kamo mineral springs.

TOWN LAND.

Otamatea County.—Village of Pahi.
Sections 1 and 2: Area, 1 acre 0 roods 6 perches; upset
price, £25.
Altitude up to 40 ft. above sea-level. Land easy sloping,
all in grass, with patches of blackberry. Soil, dark loamy clay,
on limestone formation; has no water. Situated about a
quarter of a mile from the Pahi Wharf, and about six miles
from Paparoa by cart-road.

Setting apart Crown Land under Section 20 of the Land
Laws Amendment Act, 1912.

JELLICOE, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by section twenty of the Land Laws
Amendment Act, 1912, 1, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
set apart the land described in the Schedule hereto for dis-
posal under the section of the Act mentioned.

SCHEDULE.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—CROWN LAND.
SECTION 11, Block XV, Hohoura East Survey District: Area,
42 acres 3 roods 11 perches.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this 10th day of December, 1921.

Amended Regulation under the Mining Act, 1908.

JELLICOE, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by the Mining Act, 1908, and its
amendments, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand doth hereby make the following
additional amendment to the regulations made under the
said Act on the third day of August, one thousand nine hun-
dred and fifteen, and gazetted on the fifth day of that month
(hereinafter referred to as “the said regulations”); and
doth hereby declare that the amendment to the said regula-
tions hereby made shall come into force on the date of
gazetting hereof.

AMENDMENT TO REGULATIONS.

REGULATION 37 of the said regulations is hereby amended
by increasing the survey fees payable under clause (21),
paragraphs (a) to (j), by twenty-five per centum of the
amounts therein stated.

General, this 12th day of December, 1921.

Postmasters appointed to take and receive Statutory Declarations.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the
two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices
of the Peace Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth Viscount Jellicoe,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
notify and declare that the persons set out in the Schedule
hereto, being persons holding office of Postmasters under the
Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, at the places set opposite their
names in the said Schedule, are authorized to take and receive
statutory declarations under the two-hundred-and-eighty-
eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908.
