RULES.

ASSIGNEE'S COMMISSION.
On the net receipts from the bankrupt's property, including the receipts of his business if carried on after bankruptcy, but after deducting any sums paid to secure creditors out of the proceeds of or in respect of their securities,
On the first amount of £250 or any less sum : £10 per cent.
On the next £1,750 or any less sum : £5 per cent.
On all further sums : £2½ per cent.

DEPUTY ASSIGNEE'S REMUNERATION.
(1.) The remuneration to be paid to every Deputy Assignee shall be as follows:
On the net value of the estate realized by the Deputy Assignee, including debts collected—
On the first amount of £250 or any less sum : £10 per cent.
On the next £1,750 or any less sum : £5 per cent.
On all further sums : £2½ per cent.
In each estate in which percentage is less than £3 3s. : £3 3s.

Apportionment of Representation on Manawatu-Oroua Electric-power Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of December, 1921.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Electric-power Boards Act, 1918, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby determine with respect to the Manawatu-Oroua Electric-power District, being an electric-power district duly constituted by Proclamation dated the twenty-ninth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 100, of the first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, that the number of representatives of each constituent district on the Board of the said district shall be the number specified in the Schedule hereto opposite the name of that constituent district.

SCHEDULE.
CONSTITUENT districts—
Borough of Palmerston North : Three members.
Borough of Feilding : One member.
County of Oroua : Two members.
County of Pohangina : One member.
County of Kiwitea : One member.
County of Kairanga : Two members.
County of Manawatu : Two members.

Apportionment of Representation on the Wanganui-Rangitikei Electric-power Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of December, 1921.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Electric-power Boards Act, 1918, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby determine with respect to the Wanganui-Rangitikei Electric-power District, being an electric-power district duly constituted by Proclamation dated the twenty-ninth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 100, of the first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, as follows:

  1. The constituent districts which are bracketed together in the first column of the Schedule hereto are hereby constituted a combined district for the purposes of the said Act.

  2. The local authority of the constituent district distinguished in the first column of the Schedule hereto by the letter (p) is hereby declared to be the principal local authority of the combined district in which that constituent district is situated.

  3. The number of representatives of each constituent or combined district of the Board of the said district shall be the number specified in the second column of the Schedule hereto opposite the name of that constituent or combined district.

Approving the Term of the License granted to the Rotoiti Timber Company (Limited) by the Rotorua County Council for a Private Tramway along Roads in the Rotorua County.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of December, 1921.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Tramways Act, 1908, and the Tramways Amendment Act, 1910, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the term of the license granted for a period of twenty-one years from the first day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, by the Rotorua County Council to the Rotoiti Timber Company (Limited), a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act, 1908, authorizing such company to construct and maintain a private tramway along or across the Rotorua-Paengaroa Road in the Native Settlement of Te Mourea, and public roads in the Native Township of Rotoiti. As the said tramway is more particularly delineated on the plans marked P.W.D. 51919, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon marked X-Y and A-C respectively.

Authorizing the Raglan Town Board to erect a Monument in Bow Street as a Permanent War Memorial.
JELLICOE, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of December, 1921.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by section fifteen of the Finance Act, 1919 (hereinafter referred to as “the said section”), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the provision by the Raglan Town Board of a monument as a permanent war memorial, as provided by the said section; and, with the like advice and consent, doth hereby approve of the erection of such monument in that portion of the Town District of Raglan described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, in the Raglan Town District, being a square with 25 links sides, the centre of which is on the centre-line of Bow Street and the western side in line with the eastern side of Nero Street.
