deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
edged pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government
House at Wellington, this 13th day of December, 1921.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, the
Scenery Preservation Act, 1908, and the Scenery Preserva-
tion Amendment Act, 1910, and of every other power and
authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John
Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for scenic purposes; and I do also hereby declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
twenty-fourth day of December, one thousand nine hundred
and twenty-one.

2 roods.
Portion of Section 332, Township of Carnarvon, Block I,

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more

deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
edged red.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby pro-
claim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I
do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the seventh day of January, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty-two.

24 perches.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rush-
worth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land
in Pakawau Survey District described in the Schedule
hereto.

of a Road in Blocks I, V, and VI, Otanake Survey District,
Waitomo County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Amendment Act,
1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise
enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount
Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the
thirteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and
twenty-one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 47,
of the nineteenth day of the same month, taking land for the
purposes of a road in Blocks I, V, and VI, Otanake Survey
District, as affects the area described in the Schedule hereto,
such area having been incorrectly described.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land incorrectly described:
1 acre 1 rood 24 perches.
Being portion of Kinohaku East No. 2, No. 28(8), situated in
Block I, Otanake Survey District. (S.O. 21448).

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 51380,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured red.
