Lands set apart for State-forest Purposes in Wellington Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the State Forests Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby set apart the forest land described in the Schedule hereto, forming part of the Crown lands in New Zealand, as and for a State forest within the provisions of the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
State Forest Part No. 42.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 439 acres 3 roods 24 perches, more or less, being those portions of Sections 6, 8, 12, 14, and 17, Block XII, Manganui Survey District, lying to the east of the Wellington-Auckland Main Trunk Railway line, and bounded on the west by State Forest No. 42. As the same is delineated on forest atlas No. 062, deposited in the Head Office, State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of December, 1921.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section thirty-four of the War Legislation and Statute Law Amendment Act, 1918, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby set apart the Crown lands described in the Schedule hereto as and for provisional State forests.
SCHEDULE.
WESTLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL that area of land in the Westland Land District, being Provisional State Forest Reserve No. 1710, situate in Blocks XV and XVI, Waitaha Survey District, containing 950 acres, be the same a little more or less, bounded as follows: Towards the north-west and north by Provisional State Forest Reserve No. 1671; towards the north-east by Section 935, a road-line, and Section 2425; and towards the south-east and south-west by Provisional State Forest Reserve No. 1632.
Also all that area of land in the Westland Land District, being Provisional State Forest Reserve No. 1711, situate in Blocks IV, VIII, and XII, Okuru Survey District, and Block V, Matakiki Survey District, containing 9,500 acres, be the same a little more or less, bounded as follows: Towards the north-west by the Tasman Sea; towards the east and north by the western and southern boundaries of Block I, Matakiki Survey District; towards the south-east by E.E. Reserve No. 121 and Sections 2666, 2664, 2658, and 2657; towards the south by a road-line forming the northern boundary of Section 2660, a gravel reserve, and Section 2661; and towards the west by the Haast River and Section 881; excluding therefrom Section 882 of 40 acres in Block IV, Okuru Survey District.
Also all that area of land in the Westland Land District, being Provisional State Forest Reserve No. 1712, situate in Blocks VI, VII, X, XI, XIV, and XV, Okuru Survey District, containing 16,800 acres, be the same a little more or less, bounded as follows: Towards the north-west by the Tasman Sea; towards the east by Crown land, a road-line forming the south-western boundaries of Sections 2382, 2237, 2383, and 2529, by Sections 2516, 2517, 2518, and 2519, and the eastern boundaries of Blocks XI and XV, Okuru Survey District; towards the south by the southern boundaries of Blocks XIV and XV, Okuru Survey District; and towards the west by Sections 490, 489, 487, 488, 2491, 2490, 2489, 2488, the Okuru River, and Sections 2493, 288, 2494, 2495, 279, 278, 277, E.E. Reserve 167, Sections 275, 260, 259, 2468, 2467, 2466, Crown land, and Reserve No. 327: excluding therefrom School Reserve No. 297 of 5 acres in Block VII, Okuru Survey District.
Also all that area of land in the Westland Land District, being State Forest Reserve No. 1713, situate in Blocks IV, VIII, and XII, Mahinapua Survey District, and Block V, Kanieri Survey District, containing 4,840 acres, be the same a little more or less, bounded as follows: Towards the north-east by Adairs Road, Crown land, Section 1438, and Sandstone Creek; towards the south-east by Provisional State Forest Reserve No. 1623; towards the south-west by Scenic Reserve No. 1056; and towards the north-west by Section 1980, Mahinapua Creek, and Section 2912: excluding therefrom Section 2088.
As the same are more particularly delineated on atlases numbered 132, 145, and 125 respectively, deposited in the Head Office, State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of December, 1921.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by a Proclamation dated the sixteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and gazetted on the twenty-fifth day of that month, certain land in Whitianga Survey District, in the Auckland Land District, was, inter alia, set apart as and for a provisional State forest in terms of section thirty-four of the War Legislation and Statute Law Amendment Act, 1918:
And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto (being part of the land so set apart) is required for settlement, and it is expedient that the said Proclamation should be revoked in so far as it relates to the land described in the said Schedule:
Now, therefore, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by clauses (b) and (c) of subsection three of section thirty-four of the War Legislation and Statute Law Amendment Act, 1918, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the sixteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, hereinbefore referred to, in so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
Description of Land withdrawn from Provisional State Forests.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, being Section 7, Block XIV, Whitianga Survey District, containing by admeasurement 139 acres 2 roods, more or less. As the same is delineated on forest atlas No. A 023, deposited in the Head Office, State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of December, 1921.
