Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Blocks IX,

X, XIII, and XIV, Opuawhanga Survey District, Murua
Road District, and Whangarei County

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rush-
worth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in
Opuawhanga Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road de-
scribed in the Second Schedule hereto.

All in the North Auckland Land District ; as the same are

more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 45043,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand ; and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government
House at Wellington, this 27th day of November, 1920.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Ruakaka Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto, and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Land for the Purposes of a Road and Gravel-pit in Block VIII, Te Kawau Survey District, Manawatu County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the fourth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twelfth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, taking land for the purpose of a road and gravel-pit in Block VIII, Te Kawau Survey District, Manawatu County, as affects the land described in the said Proclamation as being portion of Section 347, Township of Carnarvon, Block VIII, Te Kawau Survey District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand ; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of November, 1920.
