Crown Land set apart for Disposal by way of Sale or Lease
to Discharged Soldiers under Special Tenures.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement
Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—CROWN LAND.
SECTION 86, Block XI, Mount Robinson Survey District:
Area, 5 acres 3 roods.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of November, 1920.

Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged
Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Hawke’s Bay Land
District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the nineteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-fourth day of February then instant, setting apart Crown land for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT.—CROWN LAND.
ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 6,873 acres, more or less, being Small Grazing-runs 104 and 105, Maungaharuru Survey District. Bounded towards the north generally by Kaiwaka No. 2 Block and Ohurakura Stream; towards the east by riverbank reserve; towards the south generally by tributary of Esk River, Small Grazing-run 106, public road, Taupo Road,
Rural Section 13, and Block 70, Puketapu Crown-grant District; towards the south-west by Sections 88 and 89, Block XIII, Maungaharuru Survey District; and towards the north-west by public road. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 26/3, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of November, 1920.

Auckland Land District.
Section 8, Block VIII, Hapuakohe Survey District: Area, 23 acres.
Hawke’s Bay Land District.—Wairoa County.
Section 6, Block VII, Nuhaka Survey District: Area, 477 acres 3 roods 25 perches.
Southland Land District.
Section 18, Block IX, Manapouri Township: Area, 2 acres 1 rood 14 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of November, 1920.
