THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

and 1c 5 Blocks, the said Wairoa County Council hereby
makes and levies a special rate of three-farthings (¾d.) in the
pound. sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the
capital value) of all rateable property of the Tutaekuri Special
Rating District, bounded as follows,—
Commencing at a point where the Waiau and Tutaekuri
Rivers join; thence following the Tutaekuri River to a
point where the south-eastern boundary of Tutaekuri 1c 4
Block touches; thence following the southern boundaries of
Tutaekuri 1c 4, 1c 5, 1c 8, 1c 6, 1c 13, 1c 10, 1c 9, and 1c 12
Blocks in a generally westerly direction, and the western
boundary of Tutaekuri 1c 12 Block to its intersection with
the southern boundary of Tutaekuri 1c 11 Block; thence
following the southern boundary of Tutaekuri 1c 11 Block to
the Waiau River; thence following the Waiau River to the
point of commencement. And comprising all the land in
Tutaekuri 1A, 1B, 1C 1, 1C 2, 1C 4, 1C 5, 1C 6, 1C 7, 1C 8, 1C 9,
1C 10, 1C 11, 1C 12, 1C 13, 1C 14, 1C 15, 1C 16, 1C 17, 1C 18,
1C 19, Tutaekuri No. 2 and Tutaekuri No. 3 Blocks.
And that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring
rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-
yearly on the first days of February and August in each and
every year during the currency of such loan, being a period
of thirty-six and one-half (36½) years, or until the loan is
fully paid off.

RAGLAN COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION STRIKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that
behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, and all
other powers (if any) it thereunto enabling, the Raglan
County Council hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of
interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the Raglan
County Council Plant and Machinery Loan of £12,000, 1920,
authorized to be raised by the Council, under the above-
mentioned Act, for the purpose of purchasing plant and
machinery for road-construction purposes, the said Council
hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-tenth of a
penny in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the
basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in
the County of Raglan; and that such special rate shall be
an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan,
and be payable yearly on the first day of June in each and
every year during the currency of such loan, being a period
of thirty-six and a half years, or until the loan is fully paid
off.

RAGLAN COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION STRIKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that
behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, and amend-
ments thereto, the Raglan County Council hereby resolves
as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest, sinking fund,
and other charges on a loan of £10,000, authorized to be raised
by the Raglan County Council, under the provisions of the
Counties Act, 1908, the Counties Amendment Act, 1913, the
Housing Act, 1919, the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, and
amendments thereto, and all other Acts (if any) it in that
behalf enabling, and with the consent of the Governor-General
in Council under section 20 of the Finance Act, 1919, as
gazetted on page 2481 of the New Zealand Gazette, 1920, for
the purpose of erecting workers’ dwellings within the County
of Raglan, the Raglan County Council hereby makes and
levies a special rate of one-eleventh of a penny in the pound
sterling upon the rateable value of all rateable property within
the County of Raglan; and it is the intention to pay out of the
loan the first year’s interest and sinking fund. And that such
rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of
such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of January in
each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a
period of 36½ years (and the rate of interest to be paid to be
four pounds and ten shillings per centum per annum, together
with an additional charge to provide the necessary sinking
fund), or until the loan is fully paid off.

Notice of situation of office in New Zealand of REUTERS
(LIMITED), pursuant to section 302 of the Companies
Act, 1908.
REUTERS (LIMITED), whose registered office is situate
at 24 Old Jewry in the City of London, England,
hereby gives notice, in accordance with the Companies Act,
1908, by its Attorney in New Zealand, Matthew Hildreth
Robinson, of Wellington, Manager, that the company pro-
poses to and will commence and carry on business at its office
or place of business at Number 12 Panama Street in the City
of Wellington, in New Zealand, where legal process and
notices of any kind may be addressed or delivered. And
further gives notice that a duly certified copy of the power of
attorney under which the said Attorney acts is deposited at
the Supreme Court Office at Wellington aforesaid.

To all whom it may concern.
TAKE notice that the Partnership hitherto subsisting
between FORBES EADIE and VALENTINE ATKINSON,
trading variously under the firm-names of “Eadie and
Atkinson,” and also “The Auckland Discharged Soldiers’
Land Bureau,” has been dissolved by mutual agreement
as from the 16th day of November, 1920. All debts
owing to and due by the late Partnership will become
from said date owing to and due by the said FORBES
EADIE, who will continue the business hitherto conducted
by the late Partnership.

hereunder is a copy of an entry made in the com-
pany’s minute-book dated the 15th day of November, 1920,
which has been signed by three-fourths of the members of the
company representing three-fourths of the shares in the
capital of the company.
“Resolved, That the Kelso Dairy Factory Company
(Limited) be wound up voluntarily; and that DAVID
RITCHIE NOBLE, of Dunedin, Accountant, be and he is
hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such
winding-up.”
