THE COMPANIES ACT, 1908.
WE hereby give notice that the Kauri Timber Company
(Limited), formerly carrying on business at Auckland
and elsewhere in New Zealand, has transferred its registered
office to Auckland (and throughout this notice referred to as “the
old company”), and that the registered office of the new
company known as “The Kauri Timber Company (Limited),”
has been moved to the City of Auckland. We also give notice
that the old company intends to carry on business in New
Zealand as a new company, and that thereof all the expiration
of three months from the date of the publication of this
Gazette; and, further, that the new company has taken
over all the assets and liabilities of the old company, and
will carry on business in the City of Auckland and elsewhere
as hitherto carried on by the old company, and that the office
of the new company will be situate at Customs Street, in
the City of Auckland in the building heretofore occupied as
the office of the old company.
This notice is given pursuant to sections 302 and 307 of
the Companies Act, 1908.

I, CHARLES ARTHUR RAYMOND, of Auckland, in
New Zealand, Engineer, hereby give public notice
that on the twenty-ninth day of September, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty, I formally and absolutely renounced,
relinquished, and abandoned the use of my surname of
“Schneider,” and then assumed and adopted and determined
thenceforth on all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe
the surname of “Raymond” instead of the surname of “Schneider.”
And I give further notice that in a deed-poll dated the
twenty-ninth day of September, one thousand nine hundred
and twenty, duly executed and attested and enrolled in the
Supreme Court of New Zealand, I formally and absolutely
renounced and abandoned the use of my said surname of
“Schneider,” and then assumed and adopted and determined
thenceforth on all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe
the surname of “Raymond” instead of the surname of “Schneider,” and so
that I may be known and called by the surname of “Raymond”
by the name of “Charles Arthur Raymond” exclusively.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore
subsisting between us, the undersigned, CHARLES
WARD CARLSON and WILLIAM ROBERT VAIR DODDS, has been
dissolved by mutual consent as from the first day of October,
one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and that all debts
due and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid
by the said Charles Ward Carlson and William Robert Vair
Dodds, who will continue to carry on the said business in
co-partnership under the same name.
