MEDICAL REGISTRATION.

I, JOHN CAMPBELL McKENZIE, M.B. Bac. Surg., 1920, Univ. N.Z., now residing in Waiuku, hereby give notice that I intend applying on the 5th November next to have my name placed on the Medical Register of the Dominion of New Zealand; and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualification in the office of the Registrar of Births and Deaths at Auckland.

In the matter of TOTHILL (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held at the offices of Messrs. Meares, Williams, and Holmes, Solicitors, at Number 98 Gloucester Street, City of Christchurch, on Friday, the eighth day of October, 1920, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed, viz. :—

“That it is proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

The said meeting then appointed JAMES MAWSON STEWART, of Christchurch, Accountant, Liquidator of the said company.

IN LIQUIDATION.

NOTICE is hereby given that a general meeting of the shareholders of the above-named company will be held at the office of D. M. Cochrane, Solicitor, Mersey Street, Gore, on Saturday, the 6th day of November, 1920, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of laying the Liquidator’s account before such meeting.

Precise time of marking out privilege applied for: 7 p.m., 6/10/20.

Date and number of miner’s right: 29/10/19, No. 119523; 15/8/20, No. 120848.

Proposed term of license: Forty-two years.

Mean depth and breadth: 21 in. from the surface; 13 in. iron pipes sunk.

Purpose for which water is to be used: Town supply and irrigation.
