Prohibiting all Private Alienation of certain Native Lands.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
On the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prohibit, for the period of one year from the date of this Order in Council, all alienation of the Native lands specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

Roads in Block I, Waimea Survey District, Waimea West Road District, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Waimea West Road Board--viz., "That the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the side roads branching off from the main Appleby-Mapua Road, and running through Sections 24, 25, 26, 27, 29, 30, 110, and 167, Waimea West"; such roads being described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that road in the Nelson Land District, Waimea West Road District, being a branch road from the main Appleby-Mapua Road, and passing through Sections part 29, 30, and 110, Block I, Waimea Survey District.
Also all that road situated in the said land district and road district, being a branch road from the main Appleby-Mapua Road, and passing through Sections part 27, 26, part 25, 24, and 167, Block I, Waimea Survey District.
As the said roads are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 49151, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Waitomo Valley Drainage District, County of Waitomo, constituted.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 20th day of September, 1920.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of the third section of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, a majority of the ratepayers in the area of land described in the Schedule hereto, situated in the County of Waitomo, have presented a petition to His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, praying that the said area be constituted a drainage district under the provisions of the said Act:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority contained in the third section of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby constitute and declare the area of land described in the Schedule hereto to be a district for the purposes of part I of the said Act, and to be called by the name of the "Waitomo Valley Drainage District"; and also, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority contained in the fourth section of the said Act, doth hereby declare that the Board of Trustees of the said district shall consist of five persons to be elected as members of the said Board, and under and in accordance with the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
WAITOMO VALLEY DRAINAGE DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point on the Waipa River in Block IV, Orahiri Survey District, being the northernmost corner of Otorohanga Q 2c Block, and proceeding thence up the Waipa River to a point due north of the junction of the Otorohanga-Pirongia Road with the Waitomo Valley Road ; thence along a right line to that junction and south-westerly along the Waitomo Valley Road to the northern boundary of Section 2A, Block VIII, Orahiri Survey District; thence easterly along that northern boundary for a distance of twenty-five chains, more or less, from the eastern side of the Waitomo Valley Road; thence south-easterly along a right line to the north-eastern corner of Section 5A, Block VIII, Orahiri Survey
