And whereas the Hawke’s Bay Land Board has reported to the Minister that the lands described in the Schedule hereto should be subdivided:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section three of the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that, from and after the thirtieth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, the lease over the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall absolutely cease and determine.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty-seven of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time, by Order in Council gazetted, appoint any local authority to be the Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of any public domain:
And whereas by section sixty-one of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1919, the lands described in the Schedule hereto were set apart as a domain, and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act:
And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain Board to control the said domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
THE OHAKUNE BOROUGH COUNCIL
to be the Ohakune Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Thursday, the sixteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, at half past seven o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Ohakune Borough Council Office as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—OHAKUNE DOMAIN.
ALL that area, containing by admeasurement 16 acres 3 roods 20 perches, more or less, and being Lot 1 of Section 28, Block VIII, Makotuku Survey District.
Also all that area, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 3 roods 10 perches, more or less, and being Lot 4 of Section 28, Block VIII, Makotuku Survey District.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prohibit, for the period of one year from the date of this Order in Council, all alienation of the Native lands specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.
