Lands reserved under the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the Scenery Preservation Board constituted pursuant to the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), has recommended that the land described in the Schedule hereto should be permanently reserved for scenic purposes, and it is expedient to give effect to such recommendation:

Now, therefore, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, do hereby proclaim and declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereunder shall be scenic reserves under the said Act, and subject to the provisions thereof.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section sixty-three of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1913, it is, amongst other things, enacted that in no case shall any moneys be expended under the provisions of the said section sixty-three in connection with any block of land, unless that block is set apart for selection under that section pursuant to Proclamation in that behalf:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the aforesaid Act, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for selection.

SCHEDULE.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.—APARIMA NO. 2 EXTENSION NO. 1 BLOCK.

SECTIONS 52 and 53, Block III, and Section 25, Block VII, Aparima Hundred: Area, 575 acres 1 rood 18 perches.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of September, 1920.

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the areas of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the areas of settlement land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.
