DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, EDMUND RYAN and REGINALD VAUGHAN McCARTHY, carrying on business as Billiard-saloon Proprietors at Port Ahuriri, under the style or firm of “Ryan and Company,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the twenty-eighth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty. All debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid respectively by the said REGINALD VAUGHAN McCARTHY, who will continue to carry on the said business under the style of “McCarthy and Company.”

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore existing between HARRY ALFRED JENKINS and HARRY EDWIN REDSTONE, carrying on business as Manufacturers’ Representatives and Indent and Commission Agents at Panama Chambers, Panama Street, Wellington, under the style or firm of “Jenkins and Redstone,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 31st day of August, 1920.

All debts due to the said late firm may be paid to the said HARRY ALFRED JENKINS at the office of the late Partnership or to the said HARRY EDWIN REDSTONE.

All moneys owing by the said late firm will be paid by the said HARRY ALFRED JENKINS on behalf of the firm at the above-mentioned address.

MANUREWA TOWN BOARD.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Manurewa Town Board hereby resolves as follows:—

That, for the purpose of providing the instalments in respect of principal and interest and also the other charges on a loan of £8,000, authorized to be raised by the Manurewa Town Board, under the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, for construction and reconstruction of roads, formation and surfacing of footpaths, and metalling of roads, the said Manurewa Town Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of one penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the whole of the Town District of Manurewa; and that such rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and a half years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
