expedient to vest the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors,
and Burgesses of the Borough of Lyttelton :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the
Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and au-
thorities conferred upon him by section four of the Public
Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that,
from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve
described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in
the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of
Lyttelton, in trust, for a public cemetery.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing
by admeasurement 3 acres 0 roods 30 perches, more or less,
and being Reserve No. 46, situated in the Borough of
Lyttelton.

Amending Regulations under the Mining Act, 1908.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him
by the Mining Act, 1908, and its amendments, the
Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New
Zealand doth hereby make the following amendment to the
regulations made under the said Act on the third day of
August, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, and published
in the New Zealand Gazette No. 93, of the fifth day of August,
one thousand nine hundred and fifteen; and doth hereby
order that the amendment to regulations hereby made shall
come into force on the day of the gazetting thereof.
REGULATION.
THE Second Schedule (Regulation 33) incorporated in the
said regulations is amended by deleting the figure “2” in
the last line of the fifth paragraph thereof, and substituting
therefor the figure “4.”
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, this 4th day of September, 1920.

Additional and Amended Regulations under the Mining
Act, 1908.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him
by the Mining Act, 1908, and its amendments, His
Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the
Dominion of New Zealand doth hereby make the following
additional amendments to the regulations made on the 3rd
day of August, 1915, and the 23rd day of July, 1917, and
gazetted on the 5th day of August, 1915, and the 26th day
of July, 1917, respectively; and doth hereby declare that
the amendments hereby made shall be read as part of the
principal regulations, and shall come into force on the date
of the gazetting thereof.
REGULATIONS.
REGULATION 102 is hereby revoked, and the following sub-
stituted therefor:—
- Every holder of a claim and every holder of a water-
race license shall, during the month of January of each year,
forward to the Inspector a return, in the form numbered 62
(in the case of a claim) or 62A (in the case of a water-race)
in the Schedule hereto, under the hand of the holder or
manager of the claim or water-race, setting forth in respect
of such claim or water-race the particulars mentioned in
forms 62 and 62A respectively, for the year ending on the
last day of the preceding month.
The First Schedule is hereby amended as follows:—
Form 62 (Reg. 102) is hereby revoked, and form 62
(Reg. 102) in the Schedule hereto is substituted
therefor.
Form 62A (Reg. 102) in the Schedule hereto is added.
Regulation 127 as gazetted on the 26th July, 1917, is hereby
amended by increasing the subsidies payable under paragraphs
3 and 5 thereof by 30 per cent.
The Ninth Schedule is hereby amended as follows:—
Form 114: By deleting the words in brackets “Reg.
184,” and substituting therefor the words “Reg. 185.”
Form 115: By deleting the words in brackets, “Reg.
185,” and substituting therefor the words “Reg. 186.”
