HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prohibit, for the period of one year from the date of this Order in Council, all alienation of the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

Regulations under the Sale of Food and Drugs Act, 1908, amended.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of September, 1920.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section twenty-seven of the Sale of Food and Drugs Act, 1908, and all the other powers enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the following addition to the regulations under the said Act dated the fourth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen:—

After the words “diluted alcohol,” at the end of the second paragraph in regulation 24 (2), Part II, of the said regulations, the following shall be added:—

“In the case of malt-and-sugar vinegar, malt-and-alcohol vinegar, or malt-and-spirit vinegar, not less than fifty parts per centum of the total acid in the vinegar shall be derived from malt.”

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks Act, 1911, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke Regulation No. 76 of the regulations relating to patents made by Order in Council dated the fifth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, and published in the Gazette of the thirteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twelve; Regulation No. 47 of the regulations relating to designs made by Order in Council dated the fifth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, and published in the Gazette of the thirteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twelve; and Regulation No. 83 of the regulations relating to trade-marks made by Order in Council dated the twenty-first day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, and published in the Gazette of the eighth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twelve; and doth hereby make the following regulations in lieu thereof; and doth declare that the said regulations shall take effect on and from the thirteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.
