boundary thereof for a distance of 548 links”; subject to
the condition that no building or part of a building shall be
erected at any time on the north-eastern side of the portion
of Main Street and the north-western side of the portion of
public road, described in the Schedule hereto, within a distance
of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portions
of roads.
SCHEDULE.
THE north-eastern side of portion of Main Street, situated
in the Nelson Land District, Waimea County, abutting on
part Section 85, Block XII, Wai-iti Survey District.
Also the north-western side of portion of public road
situated in the said land district and county, abutting on
part Section 85, Block XII, Wai-iti Survey District.
As the said portions of roads are more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 49479, deposited in the office
of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the
Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1908, His Excellency the Adminis-
trator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the
following resolution passed by the Wanganui Borough Council
on the sixth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and
twenty—viz., “The Wanganui Borough Council hereby re-
solves that section one hundred and seventeen, subsection one,
of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to Coupland
Street for the entire length of such street, that is to say, from
Keith Street to Ball Street (now Pitt Street)”; such street
being described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that street in the Wellington Land District, Borough of
Wanganui, known as Coupland Street, situated between
Keith Street and Pitt Street. As the said street is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 49482,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured red.

ment Act, 1911, His Excellency the Administrator of the
Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution
passed by the Christchurch City Council on the sixteenth day
August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty—namely,
“ The Christchurch City Council, having control of Warwick
Street in the City of Christchurch, by resolution declares that
the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the
Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the said street ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall be erected at any time on either side of Warwick Street
described in the Schedule hereto, within a distance of 37·5
links from the centre-line of the said street.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that street in the Canterbury Land District, City of
Christchurch, known as Warwick Street, situated between
Stanmore Road and Vogel Street. As the said street is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 49126,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured pink.

the Cemetery Road, otherwise Lupin Road, Otaki, upon
which the land known as Titokitoki 3H No. 1 abuts ”; such
portion of road being described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
THE southern side of portion of Cemetery Road, situated in
the Wellington Land District, Horowhenua County, adjoining
part Titokitoki 3H No. 1 Block, Block IX, Waitohu Survey
District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 49536, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington
Land District, and thereon coloured green.

time on either side of the said Rhine Street described in the
Schedule hereto, within a distance of thirty-three feet from
the centre-line of the said street.

ALL that street in the Wellington Land District, City of
Wellington, known as Rhine Street, situated between the
Town Belt and Rhone Street. As the said street is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 49242,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured red.
