the following lands, &c.—viz., Lot 37, Parish of Pepepe, and Sections 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 43, village reserve, Lots 136 and 130, Parish of Whangape, and terminating at a point in said Lot 130 marked 8 miles 33 chains: including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Land District of Auckland. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 49240, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 3rd day of September, 1920.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Tairua Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 4 acres 0 roods 21·8 perches.
Portion of Section 2, Block XVI, Tairua Survey District. (S.O 21061)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 49160, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 2nd day of September, 1920.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Wai-iti Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—

0 0 15 Section VII, Waimea South; coloured neutral tint.
0 0 7 Old bed of 88 Valley Stream; coloured red.
Situated in Block XVI, Wai-iti Survey District (Nelson R.D.).
In the Nelson Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 49489, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
