taken for the purposes of the Kawakawa–Hokianga Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Kawakawa–Hokianga Railway.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 acres 1 rood 31 perches.

Being part of Section 30, Omapere Parish, Block VII, Omapere Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 20933.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 49513 (sheet 2), deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of September, 1920.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority enabling me in this behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1908, and that such land may be administered and disposed of under that Act accordingly.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of stopped Government road declared to be Crown land:—

9 0 18·74 Ohura South A No. 2A; situated in Blocks XIII and XIV.
3 2 10 Ohura South A No. 2B; situated in Block XIV.

Situated in Tuhua Survey District. (S.O. 21036.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 48761, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 2nd day of September, 1920.

Defining the Middle-line of a Further Portion of the Waikokowai Branch of the Huntly–Awaroa Railway (3 M. to 8 M. 33 Chs.).

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Public Works Act, 1908, the Railways Authorization Act, 1919, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a further portion of the Waikokowai Branch of the Huntly–Awaroa Railway shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

COMMENCING at a point in Lot 37, Parish of Pepepe, Block X, Rangiriri Survey District, marked 3 miles, which point is also the termination of the railway described in a Proclamation dated the 3rd day of May, 1920, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 44, of the 5th day of the same month, and proceeding thence generally in a north-westerly, then westerly, and then south-westerly direction for a distance of about 5 miles 33 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over
