ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of August, 1920.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prohibit, for the period of one year from the date of this Order in Council, all alienation of the Native lands specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

The Western Side of Portion of Gordon Place, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of August, 1920.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1911, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council: “The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of Gordon Place, in the said city, to which Sections 6, 7, and 8, part Town Section 965, C/T 129/281, have a frontage”; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall be erected at any time on the western side of the portion of Gordon Place described in the Schedule hereto within a distance of thirty feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.
The western side of portion of Gordon Place, situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, adjoining Sections 6, 7, and 8, part Town Section 965. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 49565, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

The North-eastern Side of Carr’s Lane and the North-western Side of Portion of Vincent Avenue, in the City of Auckland, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1911, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolutions passed by the Auckland City Council:—
“The Auckland City Council, having control of Vincent Avenue, in the City of Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the portion of the said street fronting Lots 19 and 19A of the subdivision of Allotment 18, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland;
“The Auckland City Council, having control of Carr’s Lane, in the City of Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the portion of the said street fronting Lots 19 and 19A of the subdivision of Allotment 18, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland”;
