A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Hauraki Plains Act, 1908, and the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the more effective carrying-out of drainage or other works in the Hauraki Plains, as authorized by the Hauraki Plains Act, 1908, and shall vest in His Majesty the King, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 4 acres 2 roods. Being Ongarehu or Te Kata-a-te-Kawan Block, situated in Block VI, Waihou Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 20644.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 47362, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 31st day of August, 1920.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of widening Bank and Water Streets in the Borough of Whangarei; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the second day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 0·5 perch. Being part Lot 21 of Block IX of Perston’s Subdivision of part Allotment 1, Whangarei Parish (Whangarei Borough), situated in Block XII, Purua Survey District. (S.O. 20797.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 49219, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 31st day of August, 1920.

Stopping a Government Road in the Township of Ohawe.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required for the purposes of a road.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Government road hereby stopped: 2·9 perches. Adjoining or passing through Sections 173 and 322, situated in the Township of Ohawe.
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 48984, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 26th day of August, 1920.

Proclaiming Native Land to be Crown Land under Section 14 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, it is provided, inter alia, that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, the Governor-General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become Crown land:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority so conferred upon me by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land set out in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land.

RANGITOTO A 10B Block: Approximate area, 237 acres; Wharepapa Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, it is provided, inter alia, that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, the Governor-General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become Crown land:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority so conferred upon me by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land set out in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land.

MATA SOUTH B Block: Approximate area, 5 acres 2 roods; Hastings Survey District.
