Proclaiming Native Land to be Crown Land under Section 14
of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section fourteen of the Native Land
Amendment Act, 1914, it is provided, inter alia,
that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land
has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under
the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, the Governor-
General may issue a Proclamation that such land has be-
come Crown land :
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power
and authority so conferred upon me by section fourteen of
the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, I, Robert Stout, the
Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land set out in the Schedule
hereto to be Crown land.

SCHEDULE.
OTOROHANGA No. 4B No. 2B Section 3 Block: Approximate
area, 13 acres 3 roods; Pirongia Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and
issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Govern-
ment House at Wellington, this 4th day of August, 1920.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the
Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other
power and authority enabling me in this behalf, I, Robert
Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land
described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject
to the Land Act, 1908, and that such land may be admi-
nistered and disposed of under that Act accordingly.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown
land: 2 acres 2 roods.
Being a piece of stopped Government road, adjoining or
passing through Section 23, Lot 2, Parish of Awanui,
Block I, Takahue Survey District (Auckland R.D.).

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 48796,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and
issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Govern-
ment House at Wellington, this 5th day of August, 1920.
