Notice published pursuant to the Provisions of Section 15 of the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, and Sections 18 and 19 of the Public Trust Office Amendment Act, 1913.

NOTICE is hereby given that, no person having taken out administration, the Public Trustee has filed in the Supreme Court at Wellington an election to administer the several estates of the persons deceased whose names, residences, and occupations (so far as known) are hereunder respectively set forth, their gross properties being estimated not to exceed £400 in each case.

AUCKLAND HARBOUR.—DREDGING.

Wellington, N.Z., 3rd August, 1920.

NOTICE is hereby given that suction dredge No. 2 is moored 156° (S. 39¼ E. magnetic) 1,350 ft. from the light-tower on King’s Wharf, and has six moorings laid out in north, south, east, and west directions.

A line of pipes moored on punts extends approximately 400 ft. to the westward of the dredger, thence to the southward to the new reclamation wall.

I HEREBY give notice that by an order of the Supreme Court dated the 26th day of July, 1920, I was appointed Administrator of the estate of the abovenamed John William Davies, deceased; and I hereby call a meeting of creditors to be held at my office, 190 Lambton Quay, Wellington, on Monday, the 9th day of August, 1920, at 11 a.m.
