Additional Land at Greatford taken for the Purposes of the Foxton—New Plymouth Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Foxton—New Plymouth Railway to take further land at Greatford, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 28th day of July, 1920.

Amending a Proclamation setting apart Crown Land as Provisional State Forests.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by a Proclamation dated the twenty-ninth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and published in Gazette of the eighth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, certain Crown lands in the Westland Land District were with other Crown lands set apart as and for provisional State forests, in terms of section thirty-four of the War Legislation and Statute Law Amendment Act, 1918:
And whereas an error was made in the description of certain of the Crown lands in the Schedule to the Proclamation hereinbefore referred to, and it is desirable that the said Schedule should be amended:
Now, therefore, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by subsection three of section thirty-four of the War Legislation and Statute Law Amendment Act, 1918, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, do hereby amend the said Proclamation dated the twenty-ninth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, hereinbefore referred to, by omitting from the Schedule thereto the paragraph describing all that area of Crown land in Block IV, Bruce Bay Survey District, and Blocks I and V, Karangarua Survey District, in the Westland Land District, as being Reserve 1684, and substituting in lieu thereof the following paragraph :—
“All that area of Crown land in the Westland Land District, situate in Blocks I and V, Karangarua Survey District, being Reserve No. 1684, containing 800 acres, more or less, bounded as follows: Commencing at the south-west corner of Block I, Karangarua Survey District; thence in a south-
