HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
I N pursuance of the powers conferred by section three of the Electric-power Boards Act, 1918, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint Friday, the thirtieth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, as the day on which shall be held the first election of representatives of the constituent districts in the Central Electric-power District, being an electric-power district duly constituted by Proclamation dated the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Electric-power Boards Act, 1918, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint Thursday, the twelfth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, as the day on which shall be held the first election of representatives of the constituent districts in the Springs-Ellesmere Electric-power District, being an electric-power district duly constituted by Proclamation issued under the said Act and dated the twenty-third day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
I N pursuance and exercise of the power conferred by the Local Railways Act, 1914, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby fix Friday, the tenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, as the date on which shall be held the first general election of members of the Puketutu-Piopio-Aria Railway Board, in lieu of the date fixed by Warrant dated the twenty-first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, which is hereby revoked.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Electric-power Boards Act, 1918, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby determine with respect to the Central Electric-power District, being an electric-power district duly constituted by Proclamation dated the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, that the number of representatives of each constituent district on the Board of the said district shall be the number specified in the second column of the Schedule hereto opposite the name of that constituent district.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Electric-power Boards Act, 1918, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby determine, with respect to the Springs-Ellesmere Electric-power District, being an electric-power district duly constituted by Proclamation dated the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, as follows:—
(1.) The constituent districts which are bracketed together in the first column of the Schedule hereto are hereby constituted a combined district for the purposes of the said Act.
(2.) The local authority of the constituent district distinguished in the first column of the Schedule hereto by the letter (p) is hereby declared to be the principal local authority of the combined district in which that constituent district is situated.
(3.) The number of representatives of each constituent or combined district of the Board of the said district shall be the number specified in the second column of the Schedule hereto opposite the name of that constituent or combined district.
