Notice of situation of office or place of business in New Zealand of GORDON AND GOTCH (AUSTRALASIA), LIMITED, pursuant to section 302 of the Companies Act, 1908.

GORDON AND GOTCH (AUSTRALASIA), LIMITED, whose registered office is situate at Nos. 124 and 126 Queen Street, Melbourne, in the State of Victoria, in the Commonwealth of Australia, hereby gives notice, in accordance with the Companies Act, 1908, by its attorney in New Zealand, William Edmund Jackson, of Wellington, in New Zealand, Accountant, that the said company proposes to and will commence and carry on business at its office or place of business at No. 13 Cuba Street, in the City of Wellington, in the Dominion of New Zealand, where legal process and notices of any kind may be addressed or delivered. WAERENGA SAWMILL COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance of section 230 of the Companies Act, 1908, an extraordinary general meeting of the above company will be held at 23 Shortland Street, Auckland, on Friday, 23rd day of July, 1920, at 10.30 a.m., for the purpose of having laid before the meeting the accounts of the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing an explanation thereof given by the Liquidator.

The company will be asked to declare, by extraordinary resolution, how the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator are to be disposed of.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between JOSEPH ROCKELL, Senior, of Greenmeadows, Builder, JOSEPH ROCKELL, of Greenmeadows, Builder, and ALBERT EDWARD ROCKELL, of Napier South, Builder, carrying on business at Greenmeadows and elsewhere as Builders and Contractors, under the style or name of "Joseph Rockell and Sons," has been dissolved by mutual agreement as from the twenty-eighth day of April, 1920. The said business will now be carried on by the said JOSEPH ROCKELL, Senior, and JOSEPH ROCKELL, Junior, in copartnership, under the style of "Joseph Rockell and Son."

NOTICE is hereby given that the Tauranga County Council proposes to take the piece of land mentioned in the Schedule hereto, under the provisions of the abovementioned Act, for the purposes of a public road; and also that a plan showing the lands required to be taken is deposited at the office of the Tauranga County Council, Spring Street, Tauranga, and is open for public inspection during business hours; and also that all persons affected by the taking of said lands shall, if they have any well-grounded objection to the taking of the said lands, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the 28th day of June, 1920, being the date of the first publication of this notice, to the office of the Tauranga County Council addressed to the undersigned.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the parcels of land to be taken: 3 roods 21 perches, 2 acres 1 rood 2 perches, and 2 acres 2 roods 4 perches.

Being portions of Sections N.E. 205, 206, and 33, situated in Block VIII, Tauranga Survey District.

Shown on plan 21102; coloured red, blue, and red.

Situated in the Registration District of Auckland, County of Tauranga.
