Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whangaparaoa No. 3A No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raukokore on Thursday, the 5th day of August, 1920, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a partial surrender of the land leased to Mere Karaka Waititi and Makarini Tauara Ngata shall be agreed to.’’

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Raekahu No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raukokore on Thursday, the 5th day of August, 1920, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to John McLaughlan shall be agreed to.’’

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungaroa No. 1, Subdivision 13, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kaha on Friday, the 6th day of August, 1920, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of gift for a nurses’ home and hospital site shall be agreed to.’’

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Opape No. 10 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Opotiki on Monday, the 9th day of August, 1920, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of part of the land by way of lease to George Matchitt and George Smith shall be agreed to.’’
