Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Utakura No. 2d No. 12 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene on Wednesday, the 11th day of August, 1920, at 2.15 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be leased to Haare Makiri and others. Term, forty-two years. Rental, 1s. 6d. per acre for the first twenty-one years and 5 per cent. basis for remainder of term.”
