Declaring Portion of the Mangateka Road, in the Waitomo County, to be a County Road.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this fifth day of July, 1920.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of the Mangateka Road, in the Taranaki Land District, Waitomo County, commencing at a point opposite the north-eastern corner of Section 38 (school-site), Block I, Tangitu Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a southerly and easterly direction, adjoining or passing through the said Section 38, Sections 30, 32, and 36 (Crown land), Block I, Tangitu Survey District, and terminating at its junction with the Takiri Road; being a distance of seventy-two chains, more or less. As the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 48965, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

ALL that portion of the Tapuiwahine Road, in the Taranaki Land District, Ohura County, commencing at a point about ten chains west of the boundary between Sections 11 and 12, Block V, Tangitu Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a north-westerly direction, adjoining or passing through part Sections 12 and 13, Block V, Tangitu Survey District, and terminating at a point about twenty chains west of the boundary between the said Sections 12 and 13, Block V, Tangitu Survey District; being a distance of sixty-one chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 48945, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

ALL that portion of the Wanganui River Road (right bank), in the Taranaki Land District, Ohura County, commencing at its junction with the Mania Road opposite Section 19, Block II, Piopiotea West Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a south-westerly direction, adjoining or passing through Sections 17, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, and 28, Block II, Piopiotea West Survey District, and terminating at its junction with the aforementioned Mania Road at the south-eastern corner of the said Section 28, Block II, Piopiotea West Survey District; being a distance of forty chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 48911, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

ALL that portion of the Waikaka Road, in the Taranaki Land District, Ohura County, commencing at its junction with the Whenuakura Road, and proceeding thence generally in a northerly direction, adjoining or passing through Sections 2, 26, 27 (scenery reserve), and E.R. 21, Block XV, Aria Survey District, Sections 11, 15, 10, 9, 2, and 8, Block XI, Aria Survey District, and terminating at a point twenty-four chains north of the south-eastern corner of the said Section 8, Block XI, Aria Survey District; being a distance of 5 miles 50 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 48925, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Raurimu Domain.

At the Government House at Wellington, this fifth day of July, 1920.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed βthe said Actβ), it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the seventh day of May, one thousand nine hundred and seven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the fifteenth day of that month, the land described in the Schedule hereto was brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act:
And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the sixth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty:
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:
