Also all that area of Crown land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 68 acres, more or less, being Section 1A, Block XVI, Rotiti Survey District. As the same is delineated on plan marked 103, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Also all that area of Crown land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 246 acres, more or less, being Section 23, Block XV, Otanewainuku Survey District. As the same is delineated on plan marked 103, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Also all that area of Crown land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 4,584 acres, more or less, being Sections 12, 13, and 15, Block XVI, Otanewainuku Survey District; Section 7, Block XIII, Maketu Survey District; and Sections 8 and 21, Block IV, Rotorua Survey District. As the same is delineated on plan marked 103, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Also all that area of Crown land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2,476 acres, more or less, being Sections 7, 13, 10, and 8, Block III, and Section 29, Block IV, Rotorua Survey District. As the same is delineated on plan marked 103, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Also all that area of Crown land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 403 acres, more or less, being Section 6A, Block VI, Rotoma Survey District. As the same is delineated on plan marked 103, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Also all that area of Crown land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 186 acres, more or less, situate in Blocks XIII and XIV, Horohoro Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Te Rimu Horohoro Block; towards the south-east by part of the Horohoro No. 1c Block; towards the south-west by part of Tikorangi Block; towards the north-west by Patetere South No. 1B 3. As the same is delineated on plan marked 103, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section three of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the areas of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Land Act, 1908.
