Bounded towards the north by parts of the northern boundaries of the said survey districts; towards the north-east by Crown land; towards the south-east by part of the boundary of the Inangahua County; towards the south generally by the Grey River; and towards the south-west by that river, a line across a road, and by Sections 3, 8, 2, and 1, Block IV, Ahaura Survey District. Also all that area of land in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 1,790 acres, more or less, situate in Block VIII, Waitapu Survey District, and Block XVI, Aorere Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east generally by Section 6, Block VIII, Waitapu Survey District; towards the south-east by Section 7, Block VIII aforesaid; towards the south generally by the southern boundary of Waitapu Survey District and the edge of the forest; and towards the north-west by Crown land. Also all that area of land in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 3,960 acres, more or less, situate in Blocks IX and X, Totaranui Survey District, and Block III, Kaiteriteri Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Section 1, Block VII, Totaranui Survey District, and Sections 6 and 7, Block X aforesaid; towards the south-west by a public road along the shore of Bark Bay, and by the creek forming the north-eastern boundary of Section 3, Block X aforesaid; again towards the south-east by that section, by a line across a public road, and again by that section to the public road near the western corner of the said section; thence by the continuation of that road to the southern boundary of the Takaka County; towards the south by the said southern boundary; towards the south-west by Section 1, Block XII aforesaid; towards the north-west by the road along the right bank of Falls River; again towards the south-west by a line across the said road and river, and by Application 5738; again towards the north-west by Section 3; and again towards the north-east and north-west by Section 13: save and except two public roads and the Falls River, which are included within the above-described boundaries.
