Also all that area of land in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 1,570 acres, more or less, situate in Block XVI, Maimai. Bounded towards the east by part of the eastern boundary of the said survey district; towards the south by the Greymouth-Reefton Railway; towards the west generally by Section 9, Block IV, Mawheraiti Survey District, by Sections 2 and 1, a road, the Little Grey River, a road, a line across that road, and by Sections 5 and 3, all in Block XVI, Maimai Survey District; and towards the north-west by Sections 2 and 3, Block XII aforesaid. As the same is delineated on plan marked 82, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

Also all that area of land in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 12,750 acres, more or less, situate in Blocks I, II, V, IX, and XIII, Reefton Survey District. Bounded towards the north generally by part of the northern boundary of the said survey district, Section 43, Block XII, Inangahua Survey District, a road, Section 31, Block II, Reefton Survey District, a road, and again by part of the northern boundary of the aforesaid survey district; towards the east and south-east generally by Sections 27, 176, and 175, by Fletcher’s Creek, a line across the said creek, and a road, by Section 23, Stony Creek, by a line across that creek and a road, by Section 24, all in Block II aforesaid; thence by a road, the Inangahua River, a road, Sections 10 and 11, a road, Sections 9, 5, and again 9, 11, and 4, a road, and again by 4, a road, Sections 149 and 6, all in Block V aforesaid; thence by the Inangahua River, a road, Sections 8, 12, and 4, and a road, again by the aforesaid Inangahua River, Sections 197 and 192, all in Block IX aforesaid; thence by Sections 28, 40, 244, 164, 163, 34, 39, and 11, by the Greymouth-Reefton Railway, by the Greymouth-Reefton Road, and again by the said railway, by Section 12, and again by the said road, all in Block XIII aforesaid; towards the west by part of the western boundary of the Reefton Survey District, by Sections 3 and 4, Block XII, Maimai Survey District, and again by part of western boundary of Reefton Survey District; and towards the north-west by Crown land, Sections 14 (in red), 1 (timber reserve), and again by Section 14 (in red), and again by Crown land: save and except all public roads lying within the above-described boundaries. As the same is delineated on plan marked 82, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

Also all that area of land in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 570 acres, more or less, situate in Blocks VI and X, Reefton Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east generally by Section 234, a road, Sections 181 and 182, a line in continuance of the south-western boundary of the latter section, Sections 14 and 2, a road, and Section 241, all in Block VI aforesaid; towards the south-east and south-west by the edge of the forest; and towards the west generally by Application 5871 and the edge of the forest. As the same is delineated on plan marked 82, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

Also all that area of land in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 100 acres, more or less, situate in Block VI, Reefton Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Application 6421; towards the south-east by the edge of the forest, and Section 66, Block VII aforesaid; towards the south-west by Sections 242 and 241, Block VI aforesaid; and towards the north-west by the edge of the forest. As the same is delineated on plan marked 82, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

Also all that area of land in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 31,525 acres, more or less, situate in Blocks II, III, IV, VI, VII, VIII, X, XI, XII, XIV, XV, and XVI, Reefton Survey District, and Block XIII, Burnett Survey District. Bounded towards the north by part of the northern boundaries of Reefton and Burnett Survey Districts; towards the south-east and north-west by the edge of the forest on Brunner Range; towards the east and again towards the south-east generally by part of the eastern boundary of Reefton Survey District, and by Crown land; towards the south by parts of the southern boundaries of Burnett and Reefton Survey Districts; towards the south-west generally by the edge of the forest and part of the southern boundary of Section 72, in Block X, Reefton Survey District; thence by Sections 69, 67, 64, a road, Sections 61

and 60, all in the said Block X; thence by the edge of the forest to Waitahu River, a line across the said river, by the right bank of that river, and by national-endowment land to the easternmost corner of Section 4, Block II aforesaid; thence by a line to Larry’s Creek, by that creek, a line across the said creek and across a road, by Section 50, a road, again by the said Section 50, and by Sections 51 and 52, all in Block VII aforesaid; thence by Sections 53 and 54, Block III aforesaid, by Sections 55, 25, 7, 5, 4, and 1A, a road, all in Block II aforesaid; thence by Sections 2, 3, and 4, a line across a road, across the south branch of Landing Creek, and again across a road, again by Section 4, and by Section 3, by Section 5, a line across a road, across the north branch of Landing Creek, and again across a road, again by Section 5, by Sections 3, 2, 17, 14, and 13, all in Block III, Reefton Survey District: save and excepting all public roads within the above-described boundaries. As the same is delineated on plan marked 82, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

Also all that area of land in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 850 acres, more or less, situate in Block XIII, Reefton Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west generally by the Greymouth-Reefton Railway, and by two lines across the Greymouth-Reefton Road; towards the north-east generally by Sections, 1, 25, 24, a road, Section 10, and Application 6355, all in Block XIII aforesaid; and towards the south and west respectively by parts of the southern and western boundaries of the Reefton Survey District; save and except part of the Greymouth-Reefton Road, which is included within the above-described boundaries. As the same is delineated on plan marked 82, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

Also all that area of land in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 330 acres, more or less, situate in Block XIV, Reefton Survey District. Bounded towards the north by a road and national-endowment land; towards the east by the edge of the forest; towards the south by part of the southern boundary of the Reefton Survey District; and towards the west generally by a road, Application 6471, and Section 7, Block XIV aforesaid. As the same is delineated on plan marked 82, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

Also all that area of land in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement, 2,240 acres, more or less, situate in Blocks I and V, Burnett Survey District, and Block XIII, Maimai Survey District. Bounded towards the west by part of the western boundary of Burnett Survey District, towards the north and north-east generally by the edge of the forest, and towards the south-east by Crown land. As the same is delineated on plan marked 82, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

Also all that area of land in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 4,290 acres, more or less, situate in Blocks II, III, and VII, Mawheraiti Survey District. Bounded towards the north by part of the northern boundary of the said survey district; towards the north-east generally by the edge of the forest, Section 12, a road, Pastoral License 432, Sections 13 and 11, and Application 7002, all in Block III aforesaid; towards the south east generally by Section 2, Block VII aforesaid; towards the south generally by Sections 28, 13, a road, and Section 12, all in Block VII aforesaid; thence by a line across a road, Burton’s Creek, and a line across a road; thence by Section 2, a line across a road, and across Burton’s Creek, again by Section 2, a line across a road, and by Application 6739; towards the south-west by national-endowment land; and towards the north-west generally by Crown lands: save and except all public roads included within the above-described boundaries. As the same is delineated on plan marked 82, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

Also all that area of land in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 2,080 acres, more or less, situate in Block IV, Mawheraiti Survey District. Bounded towards the east by parts of the eastern boundaries of Mawheraiti and Maimai Survey Districts; towards the south-west generally by Sections 23, 22, 18, 17, 11, 19, and 2, a line across a road, by Antonio’s Creek, Section 21, Application 6501, Mawheraiti River, Slab Hut Creek, and a line across a road; and towards the north-west generally by Sections 16, 15, and 5, the north branch of Slab Hut Creek, and by the Greymouth-Reefton Railway. As the same is delineated on plan marked 82, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

Also all that area of land in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 6,705 acres, more or less, situate in Blocks III, IV, VII, and VIII, Mawheraiti Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west generally by the Mawheraiti River, Application 6863, and again by the said
