NELSON CREEK DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 49 acres 3 roods 18 perches, more or less, being Section No. 25, Block VIII, Mawheranui Survey District. Bounded towards the north partly by land reserved for extension of Hatter’s Terrace Township and partly by Crown lands, 644 and 684 links; towards the east by a public road, 3200 links; towards the south by Crown lands, 1567 links; and towards the west partly by Crown lands, 3176 links, and partly by Section No. 22, 500 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 55079, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Buffalo Domain.

At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-eighth day of June, 1920.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the twenty-sixth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-ninth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, a Domain Board was appointed to control the Buffalo Domain:
And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the twenty-fifth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty:
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the said domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

FREDERICK JAMES HORN,
ROBERT ALEXANDER WIGHT, and
JOHN THOMAS,
as from the twenty-sixth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, to be the Buffalo Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the twelfth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, at seven forty-five o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Hall on the Domain, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
BUFFALO DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 21 acres 3 roods 3 perches, more or less, being Allotments 31 and 32, Town of Buffalo (Block VI, Coromandel Survey District). Bounded towards the north-east by Allotment 23, Kapanga Parish, 1223·5 links; towards the south-east by Section 3, Block VI, Coromandel Survey District, 2189 links; towards the south-west generally by Ring’s Road, Allotments 30, 29, 34, Buffalo Town, the abutment of a public road, and by Allotments 22, 14, 13, and 12 of the aforesaid town, 302, 240, 94, 100, 250, 20, 100, 270·3, 99·5, and 270·3 links respectively; and towards the north-west by a public road, 1126, 439, and 290 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1082, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Plan 14006, blue.)

Declaring Portion of Road in Block IV, Taylor Pass Survey District, to be a Government Road.

At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-eighth day of June, 1920.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road declared to be a Government road: 1 acre 1 rood 37 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 19 and 20, Block IV, Taylor Pass Survey District.
In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 48844, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-first day of June, 1920.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section twenty-three of the West Coast Settlement Reserves Amendment Act, 1913, it is enacted that the Governor-General may by Order in Council at any time declare that the provisions of section one hundred and nine of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, shall apply to any block, section, or subdivision of land comprised in leases granted or confirmed under the West Coast Settlement Reserves Act, 1881, and the amendments thereof:
And whereas it is expedient that the provisions of section one hundred and nine aforesaid shall apply to the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto, for the purchase of which the Crown desires to negotiate:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by section twenty-three of the West Coast Settlement Reserves Amendment Act, 1913, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that the provisions of section one hundred and nine of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, shall apply to the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

NGATIRAHIRI No. 11 Block, being Section 97, Block V, Wai-tara Survey District, Grant 5251: Area, 74 acres.
